Download and complete the Community Service Application.

Please ensure your Probation Officer's initials and signature are included where required.

Submit Your Application

Ask your Probation Officer to email the completed application to: volunteer@sumsplace.ca

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your application, our team will review it and contact you regarding next steps.
Please note that while we do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a large number of volunteer hours within a short timeframe.
