Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity where people come together to support causes that matter. For SUMS, it is one of the most important days of the year because it brings our community together to help provide warm meals, shelter, and compassionate support to neighbours experiencing homelessness in Surrey.
Your donation goes directly toward feeding and supporting our guests across our four shelter locations. This includes providing warm meals, to-go meals for the community, and the wrap-around care that helps people move toward stability and hope.
We serve thousands of meals every month and offer vital services to some of Surrey’s most vulnerable residents. Giving Tuesday helps us meet rising demand, keep our meal programs running strong, and ensure every person who walks through our doors is met with dignity, warmth, and support.
